It's very easy. If you're using iMovie like me, all you need to do is add the Mp3, then add the titles. Write the titles so that they correspond with the lyrics, and then crop them by click-dragging and pressing 'delete.'
If you're using a PC with Windows Movie Maker, I can't give you very educated help. I would suggest the same thing. Add the titles and the Mp3, type the words, and crop the titles. It's not as fast as iMovie though.
Hope this will get out some more music videos.
